• Fishing with the local Piloki fishermen, spear or hook & line techniques are available.
• Swimming and/or tubing in the river, this requires a short trek through the jungle.
• Visit the floating fish farm and feed the fish.
• Local cooking lessons. These lessons consist of fresh fish cooking with Thai and Karen cooking techniques.
• Learn traditional Karen dances.
• Learn how to Speak some of the native language, Karen.
• Learn how to weave cloth in the traditional method used by the Karen.
• Participate in Kindergarten English lessons.
• Boat tour around the village on the beautiful Khuean Khao Laem lake.
• Approximately 8 hour trek to very secudled and rarely seen Khuean Khoa Laem waterfall. This activity will require an overnight stay in the jungle. We will be constructing a traditional bamboo lean-to. Please be sure and bring the following items if you choose this activity.

  • Reliable Hiking Shoes & Clothing
  Blankets and mosquito nets will be provided for this activity. This trip is recommended for experienced and adventurous trekkers only, as parts of the trek are quite intense.
